Each ml contains Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose USNF 5 mg

Descriptions

Lubric 0.5% is the preparation of Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose. It is a clear and colorless aqueous solution. Lubric 0.5% lubricates the surface of the eye in the same way as natural tears. It can therefore be used to relieve the dryness and pain associated with reduced or abnormal tear production.

Indications

Lubric 0.5% is used to treat dry eye conditions where not enough tears are produced to keep the eye lubricated and clean

Dosage and Administration

The dose of Lubric 0.5% will be different for different patients. Follow your doctors orders or the directions on the label. For dry eyes: Adults and children-Use 1 drop three or four times a day.

Side Effects

Blurred vision. Matting or stickiness of eyelashes

Precautions

If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye or if your symptoms continue for more than 3 days or become worse, check with your doctor .

Contraindications

Known sensitivity or allergy to any ingredient of the product.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Pregnancy Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose has not been shown to cause birth defects or other problems in humans. Lactation Hydroxypropyl Methyl cellulose has not been reported to cause problems in nursing babies. Children This drug does not cause different side effects or problems in children than it does in adults.

Overdose

Any adverse effect of overdose is not found Storage Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct light. Do not use more than 4 weeks after opening
